Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The item arrives with stains, rips, or tears
- You receive the wrong size
- You receive the incorrect item
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start the return or refund process, please email us at 888hiddentruth@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo or video proof clearly showing the problem
Once we review your request, our team will respond within 2–5 business days with next steps or approval for your return/refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (unless the issue is a manufacturing defect).
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by the covered by us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, accessories, undergarments, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
